The Company provides in-depth information and advice to clients regarding property values as well as expected trends in the event of speculative purchases. We also undertake the purchase as well as sale of property on behalf of our various clients. In the event of purchase we scout for property on behalf of client while keeping in mind that our duty is to get the most value for their money invested with an eye towards the returns in the event of re-disposal. Most of our clients buy for speculative reasons and we hope to be of service to you in this regard. While we have a bias towards investment purchases this does not belittle our efforts in the avenue of the private purchaser looking for a residence or a place of business because we believe the bottom line is being able to get the most for the least amount of money for our clients.
In the event of sales on behalf of our clients we have the track record have having been in charge of the most expensive land per square metre to hove been sold in Lagos in the past three years and we have the boast of having sold the same property three times in as many years
We have over the years developed special working relationships with different government bodies which put us at an advantage in assisting clients with their approval requirements.
